Good place to park if you're going to Vistalegre Palace; it's best to book through an app (where I did, you can enter and exit half an hour early). When you arrive, you leave the keys and they park it for you. The services were poor; the same employee advised us not to go there, and when we went to pick up the car, he couldn't remember where it was, the keys were in the ignition, and the window was down.
Having to call to have the barrier opened or closed... I don't see the point. There should be an employee who handles that. Otherwise, everything went well. No complaints, and the price is reasonable.
I parked yesterday to go to the Vistalegre Palace. I don't understand the negative reviews. Everything was perfect. The guy was quick and friendly. Getting in and out was easy. I left the keys and they changed the car, but everything was fine. The only downside was the depressing bathroom.
