Steps to follow to delete your account in the application

To delete your account from Parkapp, follow the following steps:

• Open the application
• Go to the Options tab
• Press the Delete account button
• A message will be displayed asking you to confirm if you want to delete your account
• Once accepted, your sensitive data will be deleted from our database

What data is delete and deletion times

Once the user has decided to delete their account, the data that is deleted from the database is as follows:

• Username
• Email
• Credit cards
• Profile on invoices
• Vehicles
• Password

We will maintain the following data for internal occupancy/usability statistics, being completely unrelated to the user:

• Stays
• Balance top-ups
• Reservations
• Events
• Invoices
• Operations carried out

All this process is done automatically when the user deletes the account.
