How to access:
Go to the terminal that you indicate in your reservation. A parking operator will be waiting to take your vehicle to the parking lot. Upon return, it will be returned to you at the place of delivery you indicate.
- Recogemos tu coche a la hora pactada en la Terminal de Salidas seleccionada en tu reserva (T1, T2 ó T4). Uno de nuestros chóferes perfectamente identificado (con traje negro y corbata amarilla y con el respectivo carnet de VIParking) recogerá tu coche, sin esperas. En ese mismo momento, para garantizar la integridad de tu coche, realizaremos una auditoría (tanto interior como exterior). Por este motivo recomendamos no ir con el tiempo justo, porque este trámite puede llevar unos minutos.
- A tu regreso, una vez hayas aterrizado, llámanos al teléfono que figura en el justificante de la reserva para informarnos de tu llegada. Estaremos esperándote en el mismo punto donde te recogimos el vehículo, en la Terminal de Llegadas que has seleccionado en la reserva ( T1, T2 ó T4 ).

All perfect!! The attention and service is great, they have been punctual at all times, they delivered the car to me at the arrival time and without having to wait outside the airport. Something very positive is that they receive the car and check it in detail, they also take some photographs to record how they received the car and thus avoid any problems later. On the other hand, I hired the car wash service and they left my car in very good condition. I left the car early and they adapted to my schedule to facilitate the collection. On the return impeccable in terms of delivery of my vehicle. Now, the driver who picked up my car didn't even bother to look at the damage or make a report. He never sends me a photo of my car in covered parking. On the way back, they gave me the car with dry leaves in the rain gutter, so I doubt it was covered. I refer it to the delivery driver, and he says he'll send me the photos throughout the day. I have allowed 15 days to pass before leaving the review. Nothing ever came. I wouldn't hire them again.
