I have been a member of this car park for over 2 years...the service is wonderful, all the security guards are professional and are always there for whatever you need...I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the confusion over the return of a key deposit that they told me they made but didn't...but it would be very unfair that for 10 euros (which to me is nothing) I can dismiss the team's joint work...congratulations and I hope to see you soon.
I'm writing to congratulate the parking attendant on the shift on Thursday, August 28th of this year. It was the afternoon/evening shift, I imagine because I used this parking lot between 8 and 9 p.m. The attendant on duty was very friendly and polite, pointing out where they had free parking spaces. He also told you where the payment machine was when you left. When you got out in your car, I thought the barrier would automatically raise when it read your license plate, but in this case, it didn't. At that moment, the attendant politely approached me and asked for my parking card. He went to the machine that raises the barrier, which he did very nicely. Honestly, it's a pleasure to receive such good service because there are very few such polite employees left. Thank you very much for your kindness.
