We spent a week in Santander and the service in this parking lot has been excellent. At first we were a little suspicious about having to leave the keys, but the employees conveyed professionalism to us from minute one. Good workers and always pleasant.
Good treatment from the staff, they solve any inconvenience, it causes a little distrust to leave the keys but you realize that it is trustworthy and safe when you go back there to look for your car and find it just as you left it, even if you want to tell the staff to bring the car to you and they are delighted and seeing the reviews you leave. There are people who are wrong and leave bad opinions for solutions that give them why parking in Santander on weekends is impossible anymore if you want to park in the center
