Centrally located parking, easy to get in and out, open 24 hours a day. Market prices, I think it was 80 euros for a week.
Central location. Plenty of space for vehicles. A taxi stand at the exit provides quick connections to the actual destination. Those arriving here by car should also have money for parking.
The parking lot is spacious, with well-marked and generously sized spaces, making maneuvering and parking much easier. It's true that not all spaces have a canopy, but overall it offers convenience and security. Although the rate may be a bit high, it's worth it for the peace of mind of leaving your vehicle in such a busy and central area. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the security guard at the control center, Javier, who was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us resolve a minor issue. His friendly and professional approach makes all the difference.
Parked our truck-based camper here in order to explore Santander on arrival from the ferry. Useful parking with some spaces for tall vehicles. Knowing what I know now, I would maybe leave seeing Santander until the end of the trip; check-in early for the ferry; and use the free parking at the port on day of departure for this. However, the parking here served its purpose and enabled us to see the Centro Botin (and have lunch there) and visit the Museum of Prehistory and Archaeology of Cantabria (which is well worth seeing - particularly ahead of visiting any of the caves).
