I really liked it. I used it for the first time today. It was very easy to access coming from the south, and there were a few spaces available on the spacious first floor. The price with the reservation was very good, and it was right next to where we needed to go. I recommend it.
To park near the Royal Palace without going through the city center. Essential if you're visiting on holidays or Saturdays. We were there for three hours, almost €10. But central Madrid is very expensive in general. Tickets require a photo... and you pay by entering your license plate number; they don't give you a receipt. There's a machine for card payments. There are no staff members. Or at least I didn't see any. The entrances are very narrow, and it's the same entrance and exit.
After making the online reservation, I read the reviews and was a little worried, but the experience was completely fine. We arrived Friday afternoon and there were several spaces available on the upper level. Access was easy, both from the sidewalk and through the barrier. We booked a space on Saturday, intending to return in the afternoon. We called customer service and were told that because we had made a reservation, we would have a space available upon our return. And indeed, that was the case; the parking garage was full, but there was a space waiting for us. This time it was on the lower level, which is a bit more awkward due to the pillars. I think that despite any minor drawbacks, the value for money is excellent. If I'm ever in that area again, I would definitely use it.
