Fantastic! We had to travel to Madrid with a car that wasn't allowed in the restricted traffic zone. We were staying at a hotel in Plaza de Oriente, so we were going to get a fine (€200 entry + €200 exit...€400 fine!). We realized this during the drive and rushed to find and book online, not knowing if it would be a disaster or a success, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. The parking spaces are huge, very spacious, clean, and well-lit. They were also incredibly helpful when we asked a question. The Cruz del Rayo metro station on line 9 is just a few meters away, and they were very honest, as I booked for a higher price, but when I left, they charged me less and only for the actual time I used the parking. So I highly recommend it.
The exit door jammed, and someone had to call a technician to open it for us. The parking lot was good, spacious, and had plenty of free spaces, but the experience was bittersweet.
