I was looking for a parking space since I was traveling with my 3-month-old baby and suitcases. Positive points: - Spacious spaces - Easy access - Online booking - 2 hours, €3.50, good price Points for improvement: - There was no staff at the parking lot, although they quickly provided assistance via WhatsApp. - It's not clear whether you should send a WhatsApp message to activate your reservation, as it's not indicated anywhere. I only noticed it through a QR code on the payment machine. - The light only comes on when someone goes through the turnstiles; it's very dark.
Great parking, nothing to complain about. We reserved our spot in advance. Feel free to contact them by scanning the QR code near the barriers to discuss any issues you may have. They are very responsive and resolved our small ticket issue very quickly.
Very reasonably priced parking near the center of Madrid, with good access. I'll definitely stay there again. I only had a minor issue: the barrier wouldn't open when I arrived after my reservation. I called, and they resolved the issue within two minutes, serving me very kindly. I paid €14.95 for 24 hours.
