Francisco was very helpful, explaining all the details of the monthly parking. The spaces are comfortable, although some of the curves on the first floor are a bit narrow for large cars, nothing that can't be resolved with a little extra maneuvering.

A very good, fully renovated parking lot at a good price in a very central area of Madrid where parking is very difficult. The good lighting, cleanliness, and excellent overall condition of all the facilities are much appreciated. It's a shame that the elevator can't reach the ground floor, leaving it in the basement -1 and requiring a flight of stairs to go up one floor. The biggest problem I see is that the advertised hourly rate is much lower than the actual rate at the entrance to the parking lot. It doesn't clearly specify that it only requires using a specific app, which can clearly lead to confusion and making you feel cheated. In my case, they charged me €2.35 for a 44-minute stay, far from the €1.95 advertised for an hour, as shown in the photos. I think this should be clarified, or at least an asterisk should be added next to the price to avoid misunderstandings. In my case, the company pays for it because of work, but if I had to pay it myself, the assessment would surely have been very different. Despite this, the effort to provide good facilities is appreciated, and I think it's highly recommended if you're looking for parking in the area.
