Good treatment from the staff, they are there for whatever you need, the rates are those of a private parking lot, at the ATMs you have the rates, they don't cheat you, you have 10 minutes to leave, just pay, you leave and that's it, but it's very nice to park and go up to the doctor's office in the elevator and go down and leave the cake to the parking guys, we want it all, if you're not convinced, go by subway, I will continue paying for the convenience
It's well located, the spaces are a bit small (for my taste). And it's expensive because it's downtown.
I had a problem with the rate and it was impossible to contact by phone. José and Jorge managed it great for me. Both are lovely.
