The parking garage is clean and bright. The entrance and exit are well lit. Exits are well marked. However, the description of what to do if you have reserved a parking space in advance is insufficient. Here is what we found out after a long search: Before you want to leave the parking garage with your car, you have to go to the ticket machine and press the info button there (intercom). At the command of the staff, you have to slide the entry ticket into the slot and read the seven-digit code from the reserved ticket. Spell slowly so that the person at the parking office can understand. The ticket machine then spits out the exit ticket. Good luck!
Plenty of spaces but issue with ticket meant we couldn’t get back into car park or pay. Staff helpful.
