I was very happy with Sergio's service. He was very kind at all times, making it easy to get in and out of the parking lot and providing information about it from the moment I contacted him by phone. The price was high, but that's typical of the parking lots in the area.
The parking spaces are fine for large vehicles, but the exit is very difficult. You have to leave your keys with them, and I personally don't like that.
Maybe the steps to change floors are a bit narrow, but it is a good parking lot, in our case we have been well looked after, and the services are clean.
The entrance and, especially, the exit are not very wide. Even inside, parking requires some maneuvering. But nothing insurmountable. Very friendly staff. To enter and exit after hours, you'll need to leave a remote control and pay a €30 deposit, which will be refunded.
