Parking my car at Alicante. Several choices. We chose ParkVia Alicante. Excellent service, on arrival we parked ourselves (remembering the space) The transit vehicle was already for us. The driver placed our luggage inside and off to the airport we went. We retained our keys - some companies like to have the keys - there have been numerous reports of vehicles being used or items removed. We had the keys, removing that concern. On our return the pick-up vehicle arrived within a few minutes and we were on our way.
I was waiting for a transfer in the airport 28 min. That is crazy, I came by plane from Barcelona almost the same time as to wait the bus to take my car. At the web site it says the pick you up during 5 min. What is not true.
Great service from drop off to pick its the 2nd time I have used this company will definitely use all the time, keep up the good service and thanks again
I used this company 3 times including an attempt recently. The last time they kept me waiting for 45 minutes when I had a flight to catch. Then I sent them an email to rebook, as generally they hadn't been too bad before. They didnt reply. When I phoned and enquired why they hadnt, they said it was full. Seems like they should notify regular customers of this, rather than not replying at all. I have found other options and would recommend you do the same. Disspointing.
